Rick Foulsham CMG
Rick Foulsham CMG was Chief Executive of Hope and Homes for Children from 2006 to 2011. He was previously a career diplomat, with a special interest in Central and Eastern Europe and Africa. Rick is married with two children; he and his wife live near Winchester in Hampshire.

When we began work in Romania in 1999 there were 100,000 children trapped in institutional care. Today the figure is less than 11,000 and the Romanian Government has committed to working with us to close every state run institution by 2020.
