Take on the challenge of a lifetime! We have a host of experiences for you to take part in whilst raising funds to support our work.

From cycle rides to climbing challenges, we have that once in a lifetime adventure to suit you. What's more, we'll be on hand to support you from the day you sign up to the day you return. The hardest part will be deciding which challenge to undertake first!

Moderate Challenges

Jurassic Coast Weekend
15 – 17 July 2011*

Rugged coastlines and breathtaking views make the Jurassic Coast a sight to behold. Flora, fauna and incredible rock formations make this two day, 37 km (23 mile) hike an unforgettable one.

Parachute Jumps
Nationwide and year round

Test your head for heights with an exhilarating tandem or solo jump. There are jumping centres nationwide so your friends and family can be there to welcome you back to earth.

Great Wall of China Trek
7 – 17 April* / 13 – 23 October 2011

Experience China’s rich culture and history while following the contours of hills and mountains as you follow sections of the Great Wall on this 11 day challenge.

Machu Picchu Trek
13 – 22 August* / 10 – 19 September 2011

From snow capped mountains to crystal clear lakes and green valleys; you’ll see nature at its finest on this 11 day trek to the legendary Lost City of Incas, Machu Picchu, Peru.

Morocco Sahara Desert Trek
29 October – 7 November 2010 & 4 – 13 March 2011

A ten day, 100 km (62 mile) trek over wind blown sand dunes, flat expanses and the occasional oasis. You’ll be led by Berber guides and a small caravan of camels through the varied and stunning landscape.

London to Paris Cycle
15 – 19 June / 3 – 7 August 2011*

Five days in the saddle will see you cycling through picturesque Kent, crossing the Channel and continuing your challenge through villages and medieval market towns before the sight of the Eiffel Tower welcomes you to Paris.

Mount Kenya Trek
28 January – 6 February 2011

This trek will take you across lush landscape and barren rock before climbing the challenging Point Lenana. From dense forests to snow covered peaks, the beauty of Mount Kenya will take your breath away!

Cycle Land’s End to John O’Groats
3 – 15 May 2011

Take on this classic challenge and cycle the length of the British Isles from Cornwall right up the northernmost tip of Scotland covering almost 1,600 km (1,000 miles) in 12 days.

Bank of America Chicago Marathon
10 October 2010

Pound the streets of the windy city.

Kilimanjaro Trek
24 September – 3 October 2010 & 4 – 13 February 2011

Push yourself to your physical and mental limits with this ten day trek through forest and moorland to the snow-capped summit of Africa’s highest mountain.

Everest Base Camp Trek
13 November – 1 December 2010 & 26 March – 13 April 2011

This 19 day trek will take you through beautiful valleys, dense forests and across glacial rivers to the world famous Everest Base Camp. The route also takes in the renowned Everest viewpoint of Kalapatar at 5545m.
